We are excited about the Spring production of Fiddler on the Roof, Jr. Due to the nature of this production and the cast member capacity, we cannot open registration for the production of Fiddler on the Roof, Jr. to the public this semester. Please see our website for other class offerings that will open to the public on January 30, 2025.

Musical Theater Cast
“Fiddler on the Roof Jr”
(ONE CAST ONLY for Spring 2025)

Time: 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Age: 8 - 19 years old
Cost: $300.00/semester
Location: First Baptist Church, Hartland

Performances: Saturday, May 3, 7 pm / Sunday, May 4, 3:30 pm
*First rehearsal February 4th will run an extra half hour,
4:00 - 6:30 pm
Each semester of Musical Theater is designed to encourage and challenge students to identify, pursue and grow in their gifts. Students will deepen their knowledge in musical theater, acting, vocal technique and improvisation - all while continuing to develop their life skills. It is truly a creative outlet for all to build confidence and explore what is within them.
All experience levels are welcome. No formal auditions.

Come discover the techniques of musical theater production! Students will learn the fundamentals of theatrical design and be directly involved in properties and set construction, painting, backstage organization, theater terminology and script analysis. Crew will be in charge of moving scenery on/off stage, keeping track of properties and assisting backstage during the Fiddler on the Roof Jr performances. We invite you to join us in this new encouraging team building experience at Infinite Joy Studios this semester!
*Stage Crew Members will be expected to attend all tech week rehearsals and assist in the May 2025 live performances of Fiddler on the Roof Jr.

Theater 101:
"Five-Minute Fixed" Fairy Tales

What would happen when beloved fairy tales like The Three Little Pigs, Mary Had a Little Lamb, the Itsy, Bitsy Spider, and others met a group of creative actor types? Add in a grocery shopping cart, some fun, off-the-wall props, and a creative ensemble of actors, and let the hilarity begin! So, why not join in the dramatic and hilarious fun of reading, re-writing, and enacting these old favorites with fun, new twists - all to be performed in quick, almost improv-like scenes!
Fun theatrical training in storytelling, comedy, improvisation work, character role play, building properties, and even writing fun mini-scripts!

Come and unlock your creative genius in this intro to painting class! In this class, you’ll learn the basics of painting with acrylics. Together we’ll explore color theory, shape, light logic and how all these play important roles in your pieces. Students will complete projects created with the purpose of applying the things we learn in class. They will then have the opportunity to create a final work of art displaying the new tools they’ve learned.
Your artist’s will have the opportunity to display their work at the 2025 performances of Fiddler on the Roof Jr!

Welcome to Drawing Class! In this class we’ll be exploring the basics of drawing and introducing the elements and principles of design. Together we’ll learn drawing exercises to help us grow in our skills. We’ll also create 3 projects that apply the skills we learn as a class. These will have the opportunity to be put on display during our 2025 performances of Fiddler on the Roof Jr!

Stepping Stones Sign Language

Can you imagine someone sharing the book Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? Just by moving their hands and using facial expressions? This beginning sign language class will introduce vocabulary and common phrases with play, games and singing. We’ll explore sign language through books, children’s verse, and exploring our environment. Get ready to learn sign language in a fun and interactive way.
